On the occasion of the World Day we informed consumers on the role and jurisdiction of conciliation boards at three venues (Auchan Óbuda, Auchan Albertfalva - Savoya Park, Auchan Soroksár) in the framework of the FAIRCOMADR project.

During the events visitors could get information on their consumer rights and win several prizes by spinning a Wheel of Fortune and answering a quiz question on consumer protection.

We provided professional advice at each of the venues, furthermore, participants could take a copy of our consumer protection publications free of charge.
