On 14 October 2025, the Budapest Conciliation Board (BBT) and the Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BKIK) jointly organised the professional conference “Consumer Protection Updates: Experiences and Challenges 2025”. The event invited key stakeholders of the consumer protection field to think together, with a particular focus on strengthening cooperation within Hungary’s alternative dispute resolution (ADR) network, supporting knowledge sharing, and fostering professional cohesion and a more consistent approach to practice.

The Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Budapest Conciliation Board held a professional conference in the BKIK (BCCI) headquarters on 4 December 2024, titled “Current affairs of Consumer Protection: Experiences and Challenges”.
